Order appears on the Dashboard -- only when it's been Paid#952

To avoid having our kitchen prepare orders that are not yet paid. It would be better not to show the order at all until it’s paid. For orders that are paid online (ie Paymongo) in particular.

It’s also fine if the unpaid order intantly shows up under Un-Confirmed. But please make the order move automatically from Un-Confirmed to Confirmed upon successful payment of the customer.
