Auto change the promo upon total amount - changes#949

I’ve two promos in the system: e.g $5 discount for $50 total bill and $10 for $100 total bill.

if customer choose $50 items, first - it applies the promo and customer goes back to main screen and add more items upto $100 items. promo does not automatically upgrade to $10 promo. customer needs to restart order to get order from begining to get $10 promo.

once any promo applies - system does not automatically refesh the based on total amounts.
