I wat to know if it possible to hide the info that had spent the clients!

It’s terrible! People hate to see how much money they have spent on a single business!

Yes. I assume you are referring to a logged in customer? You can actually do this quite easily with custom css. Please contact support for assistance/training with how to do this.
