Editable UI popup for store promotion.#899

Including an editable user interface to allow the vendor to easily add/edit promos for popup screens. This is an alternative to using CSS for the promotion popup. This will also help the store advertise their promotion.

Sounds like a good idea. By any chance, what things are we allow to edit using this user interface?
