Special Hours - Overide Service Hours#822

Hi Guys,

I have had times where restaurants use special hours to close their store for the day but because they have delivery or pick up set to “ Available Hours “ The service available hours are NOT overidden by the special hours. It seems like the special hours only overides the location hour settings. Therefore when they close the store and they have available hours set under the services the store continues to accept orders. Can we please make sure that setting special hours overides all location hours and available hours so that no orders can be placed when special hours are set. Thanks!

Great to see this being worked on. I just want to make sure the main point I was trying to make for this request was when someone is using the “ Available Hours “ under the service settings these would overide the special hours. For example if someone has special hours closed for the day but they have their delivery hours set under settings>services>delivery>available hours the system will continue to allow orders even though the restaurant set special hours to be closed. The special hours seem to overide the Location>Hours but it doesn’t overide the “ Available Hours “ which is what needs to be fixed. When people close on a holiday they still receive orders if they are using the avaialble hours settings under services. Hope that makes sense.
