API: add fields for hide menu and hide catgeory when unavailable#774

Currently, when injectiing a menu via API these settings are automatically switched off, making a very interesting feature not usable when you have menu push from third parties.

So adding to the API fields for hide menu and hide catgeory when unavailable would be ideal. At the very least, we could also work with an API injection that doesn’t modify the values (manually set) of these params while not supported on API.
