More design options for Logo & Navbar#766

The logo size (height/width) is fixed on Navbar (and also on top of Header image), image size (desktop & mobile) slider will be great.

This can be customised with custom css feature. However we agreed that it would be a nice self-service feature.

Would be great if you could share the CSS here, thank you
