Category header descriptions#72

On ‘All’ view of the menu. It’s currently difficult to distinguish entree’s from mains from desserts.

The ability to have category headers within the menu is useful for the consumer and common UX design.

It should also allow for notes about the dishes in that category.

I.e.
Curries
All curries come with jasmine rice.

Category descriptions has now been released.

NOTE:
Currently category descriptions can only be displayed in the Menu Selector view. This can be enabled under Settings > Website > Misc. > Menu Selector Only

We plan to enable this for the standard layout in early 2021.
