Different zone with min spend#716

Hi, would like to request a feature that able adjust the min spend base on different region.

what is the purpose ?
most customer accept there is min spend on their region, but unable to accept high delivery fee.

Thus we did fix delivery fee but there is min spend base on their region.

Are you using zones or range?

We are using zones by drawing on the map

Please also for range.. Min order on the differente ranges
