Delivery Fee promo#642

It would be really nice if we can have a promo option for free delivery but based on the km ranges and delivery zones.

Worth to throw in the option to apply on the menu items. Certainly i would like to give a free delivery to customer who is ordering pizza item instead of someone ordering fries.

So we can pick and choose menu items applicable for that.
