Allow Download/Printing of PDF Order Receipt From The 'Orders' Screen#447

When an order is placed in the system, an email address can be included in the admin to send an order notification with a PDF of the receipt. After that initial email, there is not a way to redownload or resend this receipt from the Admin. This would be a great addition to the system, and could be place under the ‘Actions’ section on the order.
