Tax Error when Promo applied.#408

Major issue - Please fix tax error (orders with promo code). From your update in early August 2020 taxes that are not whole numbers are not being calculated incorrectly when promos are applied. (Tax rate is truncated. Ex: Tax of 6.75% is calculated as 6%)
Minor issue - Also even without any promos applied rounding is not calculated correclty as well for taxes, ex: calculated tax of $2.555 is rounded down to $2.55 and should be rounded up to $2.56, (trailing digit [0-5] rounds down 6/10 times and trailing digit [6-9] rounds up 4/10 times)

The above store is in Canadian $.
Did a test and changed currency to USD and error was not present.
Seems that error is only present when currency is in CDN$

For currencies CDN$, Euro€, AUS$, British £ tax is calculated as 1.27 (using example in above pic)
For currency USD$ tax is calculated as 1.42
Correct amount should be 1.43

This was completed several months ago. (CDN$ works fine)
