Not sure where this sits, with you guys or shipday, but it would be awseome if an order was moved into “On Route” when the shipday status was set to “On The Way” rather than doing it after a number of set minutes

totally agree with you. And when the order is delivered it would be great if the order status was automatically marked as “COMPLETE” in the cloudwaitress.

This does not seemto be working correctly. I got an order that is completed by shipday but still In Route in cloudWaitress dashboard
