Fix product quantities#355

Stock levels that are say at 1 unit can still be selected multiple times through the product amount selection when choosing an item that only has 1 unit the customer can select to add it multiple times. Therefore making the quantity function useless

also, if the stock level is set on an option set, and that option set is used on more than one product, the same option can be selected more than once in the same order

Any news on this fix yet i see lots of other minor issues being repaired but not this. Tgis impacts my business by having to either refund a customer when i have not got the quantity they have ordered or by having to replace it with other items.

The fix for this dependant on the new PWA version. Once this is released we can release the inventory improvements. We are aiming to release PWA beta before the end of April.
