Need a time check when placing order ahead#300

Hope you can fix this bug!!!. On the receipt, the time Place and time Ready/Due were incorrect shown. Customer click to order at 9:40 AM but not ready to submit, walk away for 2 hours, continue ordering at 11:40AM and finish order at 11:45AM. System didn’t reset or re-verify the Ready/Due time but still think Customer order at 9:40AM and printing Ready/Due at 10AM, assuming the time for prepare is 20min. We need to verify and reset or alert customer the initial Pickup time was incorrect and offer new time for pickup.

Yes, we have encounted a similar problem with customers that take a while to complete an order.

Thank you for the feedback. A new feature is impacting this ordering scenario. We are working on a fix for this.

it would be useful, i think, to confirm with the user just before they finish checkout what the actual ready/delivery time will be, and also allow them to push back if they’ve changed their minds as to when they want the order (e.g. they chose 6pm at the start of the process, but now they realise that 6:30 would be better, but the only way to change that at present is to restart the whole process)

Ideally, order time should be the time of submission (or payment complete).
