We see that a full refund can be made from the dashbaord. But the odds are greater that only a partial refund is needed. One item forgotten for delivery, no inventory of an item ordered.

Yes. also need this functionality. Clients are having to login to stripe to initiate partial refunds. Partial refunds are 90% of the refunds they need. way more than full refunds.
Partial refunds are issue if the customer complains about one dish, or one of the dishes was missed or prepared wrong.
Partial refunds way more important than full and this is this is the functionality that isn’t available without login into stripe.
