Cooks in a hot and hectic kitchen do not look at the dates (especailly) and times orders are due. They see an order and rush to make it. Particularlly with large orders and during busy times. No matter how hard we try to get them to read the dates & times they just don’t (enough). We have had many large orders made a day before due because they did not read the date/time the order was due.
Please, please, please. 99% of the orders a cook gets must be made ASAP. 1% are for a future time, which we typically lose money on, because or making and delivering them twice.
