Hi is there any way now or coming in the future, when a criteria is met a deliver time is not offered? For instance if I place an order for 7:15pm and I am at capacity 7:15 is not offered.
If the maximum order value for 15 mins is say £50 and an order is placed for more than 50% over thus over £75 then an earlier time slot would also be marked as taken. We are currently taking orders in advance up to 20 days.
This would enable the customer to pick an available slot rather than having to contact the customer and offer an available slot or tell them sorry even though you have spent time placing your order I can’t do it.
