Adding Room Service will allow us to approach hotels with this sytem

“Dine Ins” option would work for this. A unique QR code in each room (with password embedded). When setting it up, instead of Table Name enter the room number. (ie “Room 301”).

An even better fix would be if Cloudwaitress allowed us to rename the “Dine Ins” option.

You can name the tables ‘Room 1’ and will show as Room 1 to the customer abd the dashboard.
