Minimum amount for each distance (km, mile)#114

Sometimes the customer locations are too far, and we need them to order at least (amount) for that distance (because we don’t want to charge them the too high delivery cost when they just order a little amount)

Example: if we set in adminstration “Minimum amount for each km: $20”, then on the front-end interface, after customers enter their address, example the distance is 2.5 kms, the information will show “At your location, minimum order of $50 is required.”

Currently, customers have no idea about the minimum amount, they just order and close the browser, and wait for the delivery boy coming… and when we call them to talk about the minimum order, they are not happy “why don’t you tell that information on the website!!!”, it’s really confused and wasting time.
