Looks like the PDF email Reciepts for Uber and DoorDash orders all have the customer name replacing the Restaurant name.
The menu item descriptions and option sets that come from uber and DoorDash do not line up properly like they are listed from Uber. Example in video shows 3 tacos and under each taco you get your choice of ingredients / options. All the ingredients options show up on our reciept under all of the menu items. Out of sync with the actual order as shown in the video.
The menu items options do not show up on the Bump Screen at all. As shown on the video. Also when you choose the first item as finished it selects all items at once. So to track when you have finished an item process does not work.
The team is looking forward to having one tablet and one printer for the 3rd party delivery company. They cannot switch off the other printers until these issues are fixed.
